My approach is functional and I encourage feedback during your session. I understand that sometimes you may wish to have a quiet space; your feedback can assist me in providing a treatment that promotes a relaxation response.

With over 10 years of experience in Massage Therapy, I bring many modalities to the treatment table.
I have worked in neurological care units, rehabilitation centres, cancer and HIV clinics and palliative care. I have also treated many athletes (professional and weekend warriors) and am happy to work with all types of human conditions.
Services Offered
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy offered by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), is covered under most employee health benefit plans. An invoice will be provided for you to submit to your insurer.
Yin Yoga
Classes are on hold. Private sessions can be arranged, and all props used must be your own. Please contact me to inquire about upcoming classes.
Functional Exercises
Therapeutic Functional Exercise is part of the overall assessment and treatment of Massage Therapy, if indicated for the individual. Exercises may be combined within the treatment session and the time allotted to this may be extended, upon request.
Appointments / Prices
Massage Therapy Appointments include assessment and treatment. Functional exercise may be incorporated into the treatment, and/or provided as home care. All prices are inclusive of HST.
